- Returns/exchanges are accepted on new and unworn merchandise only. You must submit your return/exchange request through our portal,
- (Include the "#" symbol at the beginning of your order number) and get approval before sending the item back to us.
- Final sales item is not refundable
- Orders sent back without submitting the request will not be processed
- Cancelations or modifications cannot be made once an order has been shipped
- Merchandise must be returned within 28 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached.
- Merchandise must have all tags, including any Mareena hangtags, attached.
Exchange (if applicable)
- If you want to make an exchange, indicate which item you wish to receive on the packing list if there is a difference in price Mareena will email you a PayPal link to pay the difference, or Mareena will refund you the difference.
- Mareena does not refund shipping costs. Mareena will cover the shipping for the new item to ship out on domestic orders only / Standard shipping (ground)
- Expedited shipping request will be subject to extra charge.
- For International Exchanges: The customer will cover the new shipping costs.
- FINAL SALE items are non-exchangeable nonrefundable.
For Exchanges during Promotional Periods: Please note that the new item you wish to receive will not be eligible for that promotional deal if it is no longer active. Some promotions are FINAL SALE including the Black Friday / Cyber Monday Promotions
Return (if applicable)
- If you want to make a return indicate which item you want to return and the reason on the packing list.
- Once Mareena s received your item, it will refund the price paid for that item excluding shipping costs and taxes.
- Mareena refunds neither shipping costs nor taxes because these costs have already been incurred and paid for.
- FINAL SALE items are non refundablenon exchangeable.
For International Returns: Please mark on the package that it is a return!
If items are faulty or defective, please notify Mareenaswimwearinfo@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the order. Please provide Mareena with an image of where the item is faulty/defective. Pitusa will only exchange damaged or faulty items for the same item at no extra cost.
